Every item is made to order for you, so please allow time for printing as well as delivery.

• Printing: usually 2-7 working days.
• UK delivery: usually 3-5 working days after dispatch.
• International delivery: available to many countries. Times and costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

If you order several items, they may be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels. You only pay for delivery once.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email bookings@thedynamictherapist.com and we'll track it down.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
